I've picked up 4 untouched, new-to-market collections in the last month. The common element is classic rock era titles. The largest one also features some less common jazz and some blues. I'm working as fast as I can to get good titles into the bins at Freeport Emporium and The Lemont Block Collective.

I've started a Craigslist page with the items which are Discogs/EBay worthy, thinking perhaps some folks locally would like 1st chance at them. These will all sell online easily, I think, at the prices I'm suggesting, although the prices are significantly higher than you'll find in my booths. These are for Keeping, not picking. Alice Coltrane, Grateful Dead, Sabbath, etc.. will go here. The deal is: Contact me and I'll leave your selections at the front desk for review. Howdy everyone! Been a minute. I’ve been spending much more time on our work at the The Lemont Block Collective (Art, vintage, Records) in Brunswick, and not giving the ARL account much headspace.

Let’s fix that, shall we? Starting with: Frequent record deliveries to the Emporium are BACK, Baby.

Some of you will recognize various parts of the images here. I have a rare Carpenters SACD (exc cond) I’ll offer here first for $75.

SACD is a relatively uncommon format, which, with the right equipment, is magic. This particular title, along with some titles from Alison Krauss, Roxy Music, and Bryan Ferry, all reliably sell online for $50-$200. Because people are nutty. 🙂 But this one and those listed above really do sound amazing if you have the right kit. Let me know if you have interest in this. I’ll throw it out online in a week or so.

As the snow fell today -- and I'm referring to a singular flake here -- I emerged from my lair and dropped 180 new titles in the booth at the Freeport Emporium. I DID neglect to take photos but the database pic here tells some of the story. Keith Jarrett, the Who and Tommy Bolin are among the other notables.

Next week I'll begin the annual Christmas Record sale at the Emporium -- a few uncommons and All the necessities!

Greetings! We came upon a nice bunch of 80s artists this week and delivered them to the bins upstairs at the Freeport Emporium -- a sampling is seen here, along with a few other interesting titles thrown in.

Also seen here -- not to confuse folks we hope -- is the vinyl section at The Lemont Block Collective, at 150 Maine Street in Brunswick. We're right across from Vinylhaven and Bull Moose, in the Heart of Downtown B-wick.

Both Lemont and the Emporium feature:
- Curated, not duplicated inventory
- Prices and titles for beginner to expert
- Plastic sleeves on everything $4 and up
- Awesome staff!
