A single apple started it all...
Sweet Eve Creations emerged from an idea to make fun, quirky, decadent, bougie desserts that celebrate beauty and life. Art and sculpture meets indulgent flavor.
It started as a collaborative effort between myself and my dear friend Kathleen. Kathleen passed a few years ago. I still feel her presence everyday. La Contessa Catalina is strikingly beautiful, regal, headstrong, and insanely artistically talented. She is worldly, eccentric, and we spent hours talking about all things weird, wild, and wonderful. She also has a "potty" mouth like me! We got each other.
I miss her physical being but I know she is embracing her loved ones from beyond with strength, warmth, and wisdom.
Kathleen made the first mermaid apple. This design will always be an homage to my dear friend.
Each apple is made to order and made with the recipient's flavor profile and likes in mind. The apple is cored and filled with scratch made crumble blends, preserves and coulis, and various flavors of rich smooth cheesecake. The whole apple is then dipped in luscious smooth chocolate and topped with sculptural, delicious sweet, sparkly, fun!
Prices for the apples range from $12 - $30 depending on the complexity. They come packaged in clear containers to show off the sweet sculpture for the delight the recipient.
They make great gifts for the person who has everything!
