I love this!! I up cycled this Hollister skirt - I cut it off adding 2 points in the front and back, soft pretty lace and hand sewed rhinestone trim on top of the ruffles!! It’s approximately a size 4?? The waist is 27 inches and it’s $75.00 - message me if you’re interested!
