this morning we had the opportunity to sit down with News 4 WIVB Buffalo to talk about something we care deeply about — celebrating some of the incredible women-owned businesses that help shape our community.

what made the conversation most meaningful wasn’t just sharing our own story — it was highlighting how powerful it is when women support one another. when we collaborate. when we share ideas, resources, and encouragement.

small businesses can feel like you’re building something alone. but mornings like today are a reminder that we’re actually building something together.

this is what happens when women are given the space to slow down, speak honestly, and learn together.

in 2025, we launched HER Talks - a project we had been waiting to bring to life for a long time. these evenings became a place where stories were shared, voices were honored, and women felt truly seen and supported.

once a month, we gathered for real conversations around health, healing, balance, and the many transitions women move through. we learned from incredible practitioners and wellness leaders in our community who shared not only their knowledge, but their why — creating space for honest dialogue and connection.

together we explored what it means to care for ourselves from the inside out.

Susan Marie Morreale led the conversations with these inspiring women — we learned about:
