shipping and handling, from supplier. Yes, we do offer custom logo's as a special order with two to three weeks delivery time. Our rhinestones are of the best quality, no lead, not as you purchase as a do it yourself transfer that is purchased as an iron on. Since we do customize, we can produce your request on a t-shirt.
