A few quick tips to help you have the best Founders Day 5K experience:

🕗 Arrive 45–60 minutes early to allow time for parking, packet pick-up, and a good pre-race stretch!

🏛️ The Charlton Schoolhouse and Museum will be open—take a peek inside to learn more about the history behind this event and where your race-day support goes!

👋 It’s also a perfect time to catch up with neighbors and fellow runners before the starting bell.

☕ Sammy's Country Wagon, LLC will be on site to keep you fueled—before or after the run!

Yup, it's race season! This one has ice cream at the finish and it's only a mile!

Join us on June 11th for our 17th annual Route 50 Mile! This fast, fun, and family-friendly race draws runners and spectators from across the Capital Region, kicking off the Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Flag Day Parade with an electrifying community spirit. With over 300 runners and thousands of cheering fans in 2025, we’re ready to make 2026 even bigger.
