Yet again 🙌
Because of his Grace and my Faith I have been saved. Which is where FHFO, (Follow Him and Find Out)comes from✝️

FHFO wasn't created because I had life all figured out.
It was created because I didn't.
Through heartbreak, healing, trauma, motherhood, unanswered prayers, and seasons where I couldn't see what God was doing, I kept hearing the same thing:
"Just follow Me."
So I did.
And that's where FHFO came from.
Follow Him and Find Out.
Not because the path is always clear.
But because the One leading it is. ❤️

There are days when the heart gets too full of weight and just can't anymore…
and instead of pushing through and blocking it all out,
I take a time out with God.
Because even healing needs rest❤️

My Summer Goals:
💧 Drink water. 🌼 Mind my business. 🙌 Trust Jesus. 🙏Stop trying to save people who enjoy drowning. ‼️ Remember that "No" is a complete sentence.

I’m not disappearing… I’m realigning.
Back to what God has for me.
Less noise, more obedience.

Day 2
Some of us have spent years wearing labels that were never ours to carry. Trauma. Shame. Rejection. Fear. Brokenness. Those things become strongholds if we let them define who we are. But God never called us by our wounds… He called us worthy.

That’s what Wear Your Worth is about. Breaking the lies tied to our identity and remembering who God says we are.

Let’s be honest…
When you’ve lived a life full of doubt, fear, and broken confidence because of everything life has thrown at you… it changes you.

From childhood trauma…
to becoming a young parent before you even had yourself figured out…
to surviving mental/verbal abuse that slowly tears down your confidence…
to battling the effects of trauma and PTSD in silence…

you begin to question everything about yourself — your worth, your voice, your purpose, and sometimes even who you are at your core.

People see the smile.
They see the strength.
They see the version of you that keeps showing up.
But they don’t always see the battles you fight in your mind just to keep going.

And somehow, through all of it, I always believed there had to be a reason I survived it.
That I didn’t go through all of this for no purpose.

The truth is, I didn’t rebuild my confidence through people, attention, or pretending I was okay.
I'm REBUILDING it through Jesus.

Because He didn’t just tell me I was worthy…
He showed me.

He reminded me that my past does not define me.
My trauma does not own me.
And my worth was never based on what others did to me or said about me.

Healing hasn’t been overnight.
Some days are still heavy.
Some days still hurt.
But following Him changed the direction of my life.

So if you’re feeling lost, broken, angry, insecure, or exhausted from carrying everything alone…

“Built From Within” was never created to say, “I don’t need anybody.”

It was created for the people who have been strong for too long.
The ones carrying silent battles.
The ones learning that self-worth isn’t about perfection, performance, or pretending to have it all together.

Because truthfully… self-love doesn’t mean doing life alone.
It means knowing your worth even in the moments you need help, healing, rest, or Jesus to carry you through.

Your worth isn’t measured by what you do.
It’s measured by who God says you are.

That’s why this line means so much to us.
It’s a reminder that strength starts within, but true healing happens when we lean on Him.
When we stop trying to carry every burden ourselves.
When we finally realize we were never meant to do it alone.

So if you’ve been exhausted from trying to hold everything together by yourself…
this is your reminder.

Follow Him… and find out what happens when grace carries what you can’t anymore. 🤍
