Remodel Update:

Everything is going great. We’re right on schedule. The dust is under control. Every project is going exactly as planned.

😂😂😂

NOT!!!!

The Reality... It’s a little chaotic. It’s a lot messy. There have been unexpected surprises, long days, and more trips to the hardware store than we care to count.

But here’s the good news: progress is happening.

Every layer of paint, every shelf that’s built, every box that’s moved gets us one step closer to welcoming everyone back into a space designed for connection, community, and supporting small businesses.

We’re tired. We’re covered in dust. We’re questioning some of our life choices.

But we’re also excited.

Thank you to everyone who has checked in, offered encouragement, shown up to help, and cheered us on through the process. We can’t wait to open the doors on June 20th and share it with all of you. We will still be a work in progress for a bit, but aren’t we always!!

Until then, we’ll be over here surviving on determination, teamwork, and probably caffeine.

We’re excited to highlight three talented local authors and creators during Neighbors Night Out on June 20th from 5 PM–9 PM!

🌙 Sleepy Town Adventures will be located at the front of the Railyard Pavilion, offering books for purchase, signed copies, coloring pages, and a special photo opportunity with the Brother and Sister of Sleepy Town.

📖 The Sprouting Author will be inside the newly remodeled Off the Rails Marketplace & Venue, offering book sales and book signings.

🎨 If Life Comics will also be inside the newly remodeled Off the Rails Marketplace & Venue with comics available for purchase and signing opportunities.

We invite you to come meet these amazing creators, hear their stories, and support their work by taking home a signed book or comic.

From the very beginning, our mission has been simple: create a place where small businesses can grow, where creativity is celebrated, and where our community can come together to make meaningful connections. That hasn’t changed one bit.

What is changing is the experience.

We’re creating a space that brings you even more of what you’ve told us you love—a thoughtfully curated market featuring products from talented local makers, along with interactive vendor pop-ups, make-and-take classes, paint parties, game nights, hands-on workshops, and so many opportunities to gather, create, and connect.
