After a lot of thought, we’ve decided to close The Farm Stand for the months of September and October. 💗

This little pause will give us the time we need to finish everything properly and get the stand ready to open the way we originally envisioned.

I also have events scheduled every Saturday for the next two months, and our products will still be available at several local stores. If you’d like to shop directly with me, just send me a message—we can arrange an evening shopping time or porch pickup.

I’ll still be baking when it works with my schedule, and whenever I do, I’ll post what’s available for preorder!

As much as I love the Farm Stand and everything we’re building, I know it’s time for me to take a step back, put my family and myself first for a little while, and regroup. This isn’t goodbye—it’s simply a pause so we can come back rested, prepared, and ready to give the Farm Stand the attention it deserves.

Thank you for continuing to support us through every season of this journey. It truly means more than you know. 💗

💗 A Little Farm Stand Update 💗

As many of you know, we have been working hard to finish the garage and turn The Farm Stand at NoCo LoCo into a self-serve shop.

Unfortunately, when a licensed electrician came to inspect the work and complete the paperwork for the electric company, we learned that the electrical work does not meet code. A significant amount will need to be removed and redone with the correct wiring, meter, and equipment.

This was definitely not the news we hoped for. It means our self-serve opening will be delayed while we make sure everything is completed correctly and safely.

In the meantime, we’re adjusting and finding ways to keep the Farm Stand available to you!

🛍️ During the week, you’re welcome to message us and arrange a time to stop in and shop. We won’t have official weekday hours because I can’t live in the Farm Stand—but if we’re home and available, we’ll gladly open it for you!

🧁 Baked goods will be made on Thursday evenings and available beginning Friday. I’ll post a weekly menu so you can preorder your favorites. Porch pickup will also be available, even when the Farm Stand isn’t officially open.

🛍️ Because of this unexpected added expense, I’ve added more vendor events to our schedule. Saturday hours will vary depending on where we’re set up that weekend.

⛪ We also plan to open for a few hours on Sunday afternoons after church whenever possible.

Each week, I’ll post our Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability, along with the baked-goods menu and any upcoming vendor events.

And remember—you can still shop our products locally when the Farm Stand isn’t open! You can find a selection of NoCo LoCo products at:

📍 Wilkys Market in Marietta
📍 Bloom & Bliss in Caldwell
📍 Monarch Mercantile in Cambridge
📍 Bark & Thread in Belle Valley
📍 High Street Deli in Senecaville

This is a frustrating setback, but The Farm Stand at NoCo LoCo is still moving forward. Every preorder, Farm Stand visit, vendor-event purchase, retail-location purchase, share, and word of encouragement helps us get one step closer to finishing the electrical work and making our self-serve shop a reality.

Thank you for continuing to support our family and this little dream of ours. 💗

The Farm Stand will be closed this weekend because we’re remodeling our bathroom—and YAY for me!!! 🎉 This is a project I’ve wanted done for TWO YEARS! 😂

But don’t worry—you can still find us at the From Scratch Co-Op on Saturday from 8–12 with baked goods and all of your favorite NoCo LoCo products!

We’ll be back at the Farm Stand next week with…BAGELS!!! 🥯🙌

In the meantime, be sure to stop by the Noble County Fair this week and support all of the amazing local vendors! 💗

Farm stand hopping with my girls. 🤎

Today I made Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies and Brown Butter Peanut Butter Cookies for Santana—because my girl does not like chocolate. 😂

Then, since our Farm Stand is closed and we’re out of town, Santana, Baby E, and I decided to spend the day doing something a little different… visiting and supporting the farm stands around her! 🥹🌾

And LOOK at our haul! We found so many goodies—fresh bread, spicy ranch crackers, pineapple habanero, cake, and more. 😍

There’s just something special about pulling into a little farm stand, seeing what someone else has made or grown, and putting your money directly into another small business. Being on the other side of it makes me appreciate it even more. 🤎

And can we PLEASE appreciate Tana’s SILLY GOOSE magnet?! 😂🪿
Obviously, that had to come home with us.

Such a fun day with my girls. Good food, little country roads, farm stands, and Baby E along for the adventure. Pretty hard to beat. 🤎🌾🪿

Support your local farm stands, friends. It really does mean more than you know.

We can’t wait to be apart of this event!!

Good Morning, friends. 🤍 The Farm Stand will be CLOSED this weekend.

And I get it—our hours have been a little crazy lately between trying to get the electric set up, markets, work schedules, and just…life.

But here’s the thing:

Before I am the woman behind The Farm Stand at NoCo LoCo, I am a wife, a mom, and a Nina. And my family will always come first.

Almost 7 months ago, my middle daughter had a baby—a miracle in every sense of the word after watching her experience years of loss.

I was blessed to be there when she brought this beautiful little girl into the world, and I got to experience the first two months of her life right alongside them.

Then circumstances took them back home to Arkansas, where my daughter has lived since she was 18.

And this Nina’s heart broke.

I’m going to be really vulnerable here: I’ve had to go to therapy over it.

Nobody really tells you how hard it is when your children grow up and build lives away from you. How much it hurts when you can’t physically be there for the everyday moments. And how incredibly hard it is when that also means loving your grandbabies from hundreds of miles away.

For the last five months, this sweet baby and I have built our relationship through FaceTime. I’ve watched her grow through a screen, celebrated every little milestone, and wished more times than I can count that I could just reach through that phone and squeeze her.

So this week, I decided my heart needed something more than FaceTime.

My Momma and I made the trip to Arkansas. ❤️

And for the past five days, four generations of women have been together, soaking up every single second.

My mom.
Me.
My daughter.
And my granddaughter.

And I will never apologize for choosing these moments, because this Momma/Nina’s heart desperately needed them.

Now, if I’m being completely transparent, I don’t know how I’m going to leave her behind. 💔

So next weekend? The Farm Stand may be closed then, too. TBD.

Because I’m human. Sometimes my heart hurts. Sometimes I need a minute to get myself back together. And sometimes being a mom and a Nina has to come before being a business owner.

My husband and I have 5 children, 3 grandbabies, and another grandbaby on the way. Our family is spread from Arkansas to Boston to Italy, with two of our kids still in Ohio.

Getting everyone we love in the same place isn’t easy anymore, so when we get the opportunity to be with them, we’re going to take it.

We know you want to shop. We know you look forward to the yummy baked goods and seeing what’s new on the shelves. And please know how incredibly grateful we are that you do. ❤️

But The Farm Stand at NoCo LoCo is a small, family-run business. There isn’t a staff of people behind the scenes. There’s just us—building something we love while also trying not to miss the people we love.

So sometimes the doors will be closed.

Sometimes the cookies will have to wait.

Sometimes the shelves won’t be restocked until next week.

Because there are moments in life that we don’t get back.

The Farm Stand can wait.
My family can’t. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who continues to support this little dream of ours while also understanding the life and family behind it.

Now, I’m going back to soaking up every second I have left with this sweet girl. 🥹❤️
