This recipe may have been a day or too late for 4th of July celebrations but hopefully this is helpful for all of you who might have indulged a little too much.

Stress Reliever Detox Drink:

Ingredients:
2 Slices of Lemon
2 Basil Leaves
4 Fresh Mint Leaves
3 Strawberries, sliced
Water
Ice

Directions:
Combine Water & Ice in a glass until 3/4 full.
Add Lemon, Mint, Basil, & Strawberries until the drink is full.

Stir & Let Sit for 5-10minutes. Enjoy!
