Should you eat corn that's fallen off the stalk? Maize well!
Corn Cookies with a Honey Labne & Feta Cream
I usually shy away from baking mixes, but I thought I might as try the Corn Cookie Baking Mix. They're a tad sweeter than I prefer but they're good, give it a shot. I added double the amount of eggs to give my cookies a rich and chewy texture. I baked them in a muffin tray and sprinkled sesame seeds on top, cuz more is more! š
My homemade cream topping is labne mixed with crumbled feta cheese and orange blossom honeyšÆ
