Is your teen looking for a meaningful way to spend a day out of school? Thinking about different careers, but still not sure what they want to do?

Why not turn a day off into a day of discovery by learning about careers and opportunities right here in Nassau County!

Youth Leadership Nassau gives teens the opportunity to connect with community partners, local leaders, and stakeholders while gaining a deeper understanding of the community they call home.

Through hands-on experiences and 8 monthly leadership sessions, teens will:

-Explore careers and local industries
-Connect with community leaders and professionals
-Learn about career opportunities in Nassau County
-Develop valuable leadership and career-readiness skills
-Discover parts of Nassau County they may have never experienced before

Who Can Apply: Teens ages 15–18
When: One monthly session over 8 months
