When I sat down to design this T-shirt for our flood benefit concert on Friday, I kept thinking about one word…

STRONG.

Because that’s what our little town is.

STRONG. ❤️

Strong are the families who have been directly affected, facing unimaginable loss and uncertainty, yet continuing to put one foot in front of the other.

Strong are the volunteers who showed up—often without being asked—to lift, clean, haul, organize, cook, donate, and simply be there when someone needed a hand.

Strong are the people who opened their homes, businesses, wallets, and hearts.

Strong are the friends, family, former residents, and complete strangers supporting us from near and far.

This flood may have changed our streets, our homes, and our businesses, but it has also shown us something that cannot be washed away:

The strength of our community.

We are STRONG.
We are resilient.
We are Cambridge City.
And we will get through this—together. ❤️

Our community’s cup runneth over. 🥹 The continuous support through all of this is incredible. I can’t even begin to tag everyone who has reached out to help us, but please know from the very pit of our hearts that we appreciate YOU and THANK YOU. 🙏 We are seeing the auction posts swirling around and we are just beside ourselves. I know you guys get tired of me saying it, but we do have the best customers and people in our Small Town USA. ♥️ Nowhere else we’d rather be!

We are beyond devastated.
What has happened to our community in mere hours will affect us all for quite some time. We were able to rescue some inventory, but most was damaged. We’ve had an army of people helping us through today and we are forever grateful. 🙏 We could not make it through this without all of the love and support from our friends, family and community. If you’re able, reach out to your neighbors and help where you can. What makes Cambridge City so special is we take care of each other. A lot of people lost everything.
This is not the end for us, we will build back better than ever. We will miss you & look forward to seeing you soon! We will appreciate every customer, referral, and facebook share when we get up and going again.♥️
