The chaos is officially packing up and heading north! 😂

Coastal Chaos is moving from Camden, SC ➜ Mount Airy, NC! 🏡⛰️

This move is a big new chapter for our family and this little business that has grown into so much more than I ever imagined.

To our amazing South Carolina customers—we aren’t going anywhere! 💙 We’ll continue shipping orders nationwide, taking custom orders, and creating the same personalized gifts and keepsakes you know us for.

And to Mount Airy and our new North Carolina community… hello! 👋 We can’t wait to bring Coastal Chaos your way and start working with local families, schools, military members, businesses, teams, and organizations.

There will be a short temporary closure while we move and get the shop set back up, and I’ll announce those dates as soon as they’re finalized. In the meantime turnaround times may be slightly extended.

Well… I guess it’s time to officially dust off the Coastal Chaos page. 👋

If you’ve been wondering where I’ve disappeared to, here’s the short version…

Life hit the “plot twist” button. 😅

A few weeks ago I had ACL reconstruction surgery (plus a little extra knee repair while they were in there 🙃). Recovery has been slower than I wanted, and if you know me, sitting still is definitely not one of my talents. There have been plenty of ice packs, physical therapy, and moments of convincing myself that hobbling to the laser was a good idea. 😂

But here’s the thing…

Even when I wasn’t posting, Coastal Chaos never stopped creating.

Over the past few months we’ve been busy making retirement plaques, promotion gifts, personalized cutting boards, custom jewelry, business signs, hats, keepsakes, memorial pieces, and so many meaningful gifts that get to be part of your biggest milestones. ❤️

Seeing your orders come through and hearing your stories has honestly been one of the biggest bright spots during recovery.

So… consider this my official “I’m back!” post.

Over the next few weeks I’ll be sharing some of our favorite creations from the last few months, introducing new products we’ve been working on, showing more behind-the-scenes chaos (the good kind 😉), and maybe even letting you follow along as I learn to walk normally again.

Thank you to everyone who has checked on me, supported my small business, shared our posts, or trusted us with your special moments. It truly means more than you know.

The last two months were filled with late nights, custom builds, retirements, promotion gifts & a whole lot of love ( plus some injuries since I tend to be super clumsy🫠🫣) . These Military pieces went home with incredible service members, leaders, and teams — and we’re damn proud of them.

When someone retires or promotes, they deserve more than a ‘Congrats, buddy’ and a grocery-store cake. Get them a plaque that actually looks like effort happened. Engraved or full color — both hit hard. Slide into my DMs and let’s design one that doesn’t look like it was ordered five minutes ago.
