So I have heard people say you must buy new clothes for your new born, that it’s not good to put on old clothes on them when they are born. The reason for this i dont know yet.

When I gave birth to my 2nd child , I started buying new clothes entirely even though I had very beautiful clothes my first child wore and they still look very clean, but because of what i heard i started buying new ones again.

So when I was pregnant for my 3rd child , I decided that I would not buy any clothes including the one the baby will wear the very day i will put to bed.
In preparation for my new born, I brought out all my old baby wears , washed them iron and keep them ready to welcome my baby.

And from the day he came into this world, he has been rocking the clothes his older siblings wore and they fit so amazing on him.

So I want to ask again… is there a reason why one must buy a new clothes for her new born baby and not use the old ones.
