☀️🌿 Happy June ! We’re officially stepping into a season of sunshine, connection, and unforgettable experiences.

One of my favorite things about summer is how it naturally invites us to get out, gather, create, and make memories. This month’s calendar is filled with opportunities to do just that!

This summer, I encourage you to say YES to experiences. The moments we share, the things we create, and the people we meet often become the memories we carry long after the season ends.

This past month has been filled with joy, favor, answered prayers, and moments that reminds me just how good God truly is. As I continue to spend intentional time with the Lord each day & time being present (and off social media), I can feel parts of my old version slowly dying… old mindsets, old fears, old habits, old narratives of me that no longer align with where He is calling me.

And somehow, that process reminds me of this yellow pothos leaf.

At first glance, it may look like something fading away or to be worried about. But in reality, it’s part of the plant’s growth process — making room for new life, new energy, and stronger growth ahead. Sometimes growth requires release… before transformation occurs that leads us to flourish.

This month has continued to teach me to endure the feels of being uncomfortable, emotional, and even lonely at times… but resurrection always follows surrender. God has a way of pruning what no longer serves us so we can grow 10 fold into who we were always meant to become.

So if you’ve been feeling stretched, changed, or called into a new version of yourself lately — maybe that’s not loss. Maybe that’s growth. 🌿✨

Today was very grounding 🌿🌱

Spent 2 hours with an beautiful mama who wanted her plants repotted and wanted to learn how to do it herself. We got our hands dirty, talked roots, soil mixes, and drainage — and honestly? It felt like therapy for both of us. 🌱

Watching her feel confident repotting her plants was everything and the calmness felt knowing that each of her plants were pampered today was a needed welcome.

Some plants don’t just grow… they remember. 🌿

Last week, I had the honor of working with a beautiful ZZ plant that has lived many years within one family. It once belonged to a beloved aunt — cared for, watered, spoken to, and loved through seasons of life. When she passed, the plant remained… continuing to grow, holding her presence in its leaves and roots.

Over time, it flourished. And last week, I gently divided it into three new plants so each cousin could take home a living piece of her memory.

𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀.
They witness laughter, grief, healing, celebrations, and quiet everyday moments. They become 𝙡𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙢 — something you don’t just own, but carry forward.

As Mother’s Day approaches, I’m reminded that a plant can be the beginning of a story. One that grows alongside a family. One that may be repotted, shared, and passed down years from now — still holding love in its soil.
