As many of you know, we as a business and as a family, try to stay in our lane, don't cause trouble or drama, let negativity slide off our backs, etc. Once in a while though something comes to our attention that we feel we need to address so here goes!

The rumor that is going around that we are "bankrupt" or "going out of business" is actually a little laughable in light of the fact that we are in the middle of a huge expansion because we are so busy. The store needed to be closed for now because we need the space for renovation. We made the business decision to expand the restaurant and offer more things for the community to do because fortunately the restaurant is doing really well. The store will return just in a different part of the building and in a different capacity. None of these decisions were made because we are bankrupt and to say this is just irresponsible. It's hard enough as a small business without people saying things that could cause people to think we are closed or closing. I feel like we have made our plans very clear and we are very excited about all the upcoming changes! The restaurant is still open 7 days a week and will stay open throughout and don't forget there is also a small portion of the current restaurant space for the store right now. We have home decor, candles, candy, fudge, pop, etc.
