Caution- some f bombs are dropped 😂

This is a Vietnamese cake I love making, but it is very temperamental. So sometimes it works, and others it doesn’t. It is supposed to have a honeycomb texture inside. If not, it’s more of a mochi texture.

Anyways- I’m grateful for this chapter of life and the women I’ve met in Detroit! I’ve pushed myself to get out of my comfort zone here and it’s only paid off. And the girls loved the cake 💚

Dancing is part of my morning routine. The music, movement, and chance to get out of my head and into my body are essential for the work I do. ✨
