We know that ordering things online can be difficult since you can’t touch the items or try anything on, as such we will try our very best to work with you to make it work for you. In order to be fair to everyone here is our policy on returns:


* You must notify us via email at [email protected]

m within 10 days of receipt that there is an issue with the item.

* Any goodies you purchased must be returned within 30 days of shipping. Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.

* Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return, unless it is our mistake or does not stand up to our quality standards.

* Anything purchased from our discounted "FINAL SALE" marked items are not eligible for return, unless they are damaged in the mail delivery.

* We will only accept swimwear returns that have not been worn and MUST have any liners completely attached, and you must advise us within 10 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS.

* We do not refund postage charges, unless we shipped the wrong item or it was our error. Once we receive your return, we will check our supply to see if we have the item in stock then send you an email and let you know the status. Our goal is to get a replacement item shipped back to you within 5 to 7 business days.
