🎀 Bows! 🎀

For those who don’t know, I’m currently in graduate school and don’t spend much time in my sewing room anymore. I have a large amount of inventory staring me in the face any time I come home. So I’m uploading a lot of my current supply for purchase.

Pick up/meeting is difficult for me since I’m mostly in St. Louis and occasionally in Quincy. I’m able to ship to your house for a few extra bucks. Shipping is honestly the easiest for me if you can 😊😊

The bows are organized in the photos by size. Each photo has a number in the upper left corner and then each individual bow is numbered. When telling me which bow you want please reference the photo number, bow number (i.e. 2,14).

I’m happy to cut you a deal with a purchase of multiple bows.

❤️ Hello to all of my followers! Did you miss me? ❤️ COVID caused a lot of changes in my life, so I’ve been very busy!

I’m thinking about doing a LIVE sometime soon to show off some of my products... perhaps this would include some ❇️ GIVEAWAYS ❇️ 😍

I’ll likely do a date at the end of this month or in February. Who would be interested... or I guess I should ask, who will watch? 😁

Hello friends!

I have been very busy making masks and my supplies are finally starting to dwindle. I still have orders for about 100 or more 😳😳😳

❤️❤️❤️At this time, I am in dire need of 1/8 in elastic. Anything thicker is just too thick and gives you monkey ears 🤦🏻‍♀️🙈

❤️❤️❤️ I am also needing some solid colors of fabric. I have tons of patterns (flowers, polka dots, etc) but I don’t have any neutrals for the backs of masks or for some simple colored (such as for guys).

I greatly appreciate all the support I have received so far but am asking for your help now. Thank you very much 😊😊😊

This post is to update everyone on my mask status. I have had a large number of requests over the last few days and am doing my best to keep up. Therefore, the wait time for masks is approximately 2-3 days. I am shipping to addresses provided or allowing pickup from my home.

If you have sent me messages and I have not responded, I assure you I am not ignoring you 😉 I will return your message as soon as I can and get your name on my list!

I thank everyone for their patience during this time. ❤️❤️❤️ And I’m very thankful for all who have donated material (and words of encouragement). 😊

My favorite ortho girls (and guy) are protecting themselves and our patients!

Keep staying safe out there! I’m making as many masks as I can, so I will get back to you when I have your requests ready 😊 Feel free to also send me pictures of you or your team wearing your PPE!

Thank you to everyone so far who has donated material, money, and everything in between (including cards with sweet words of encouragement ❤️). I’m only in the beginning of my mask-making party!! 😂😂

(I’ll give everyone a final count of the masks when this is all over 😉😂😬)

Because of the current PPE shortage, I decided to put some of my excess fabric to good use. These masks have 2 layers of cotton fabric and have ribbon ties on the top and bottom. (I haven’t yet tried elastic but I can work on it if someone is interested). The ties are easier to adjust the size or tightness of the mask to your comfort.

My plan is to provide these to those who need them. While I’m not charging a price, donations are great!

Let me know if you would like one. I hope everyone continues to stay healthy— please take the proper precautions and practice social distancing! We are all in this together!

Tomorrow, I will be dropping off another box full of mastectomy pillows at QMG.

This idea was brought to me by my coworkers at Quincy Medical Group. These pillows are designed for women going through breast cancer treatment to provide them comfort throughout their journey. I’ve heard so many amazing stories of strong women fighting this scary fight and I applaud them. They are the strongest and bravest women in our community!!

I love being able to design bows and quilts for my customers. But it brings me even more joy to make items, such as these pillows, to donate to centers that distribute to patients in need.

Today I’m asking my friends to help me. These pillows are so easy and take little time. If you have a sewing machine at home and want to make some, shoot me a message! I can send you the pattern and you can start cranking them out yourself! They just take a little bit of stuffing, fabric, and of course LOVE. ❤️

While cancer still sucks, it does make me feel a bit better knowing that a simple pillow can make such a difference in a patient’s life.

Keep fighting!!! We are all rooting for you. 💗💗💗💗💗

And of course, if you or a loved one needs a pillow for their fight, let me know. 💖 I can make a few more 😉
