We are excited to announce the first gathering of the 2026 Best of Canton Honoree Network!

On Tuesday, September 29 at 6:00 p.m., our inaugural class of Best of Canton Honorees will come together at the House of Ora for an exclusive evening centered around our continuing vision:

CONNECT • COLLABORATE • SERVE • CELEBRATE

We are especially pleased that Mayor Tim Scott Taylor and members of the Canton Board of Aldermen will have an opportunity to join us for this special gathering. Because they were unable to attend our inaugural Best of Canton Awards Gala, this Meet & Greet will provide an opportunity for our city leadership to personally meet our honorees and express their gratitude and appreciation for the contributions these individuals, businesses, ministries, nonprofits, and organizations are making throughout Canton.

This evening is about more than networking. It is about strengthening relationships, discovering opportunities to collaborate, supporting one another, and continuing to build a stronger Canton together.

Women’s Summit 2026 was one for the books! 💕

With a Dolly Parton theme, you know I had to bring my Dolly-inspired Western vibes! MC Danica Hart from Chapel Hill was amazing and performed a touching rendition of “Jolene,” the comedian was hilarious, and the food was delicious. Of course, Attorney Lynn Fitch brought the looks in her fabulous pink suits! 💗

But let’s get into the shopping! More than 130 women-owned businesses came together under one roof to serve over 1,600 women, creating an atmosphere of girl power like no other. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and shopped with me! Several items sold out, and by Day 2, I had to bring in more inventory from the store. 🛍️

My second year as a Women’s Summit vendor was truly a blessing. On Day 2, I arrived at my booth to find that my husband had surprised me with flowers. 💐 Having my sister, cousin, and niece there to support me made the experience even more special.

The summit was filled with laughter, education, awareness, sisterhood, and a little retail therapy. Empowered women empower women! 💕
