Braddah Timmy here at Pono Hawaiian Grill SC. I want to take this time to thank all you for the outpouring of love through messages, texts and in person visits to the restaurant. This has been an incredibly devastating time for the people of Maui. Being so far from home and unable to physically assist in the efforts to help our people has been mentally trying.

All I want to do is be there to serve others back home in their time of need. Lahaina town is near and dear to my heart as we spent several years there growing up. Went to Kam 3 school on front street, and mom managed the Lahaina Kaanaapli train. My memories of Lahaina will always be vivid in my mind and I wouldn’t be who I am today if it weren’t for those experiences!

With this unprecedented event of destruction and loss of life, business and way of life for so many, all we want to do is KŌKUA! And through a collaboration with Pono Hawaiian Grill and Santa Cruz Surf Shop that is what we are doing!

100% of profits will be donated directly to the people of Maui through authorized and verified channels.
