Wellness Month

Be aware where you get your information. Medical, dental or nursing societies will give you reputable information.

There are many non-profit organizations that give good information. If their whole goal is to sell you something, just ask yourself, "Does this information seem too good to be true?"

When in doubt, stick with basic things: vegetables/fruits (probably cooked is better). Exercise. Good sleep.
