Some personal things have been going down in the Carr household, which has caused my creativity to take a major hit for a few months. I started itching to create, even if I didn't have the mental capacity to create anything original. I recently went to the SoCal Fiber Festival with my girls, and my middle fell in love with a sample of Wool and Pine's Port Townsend sweater. This is the most difficult knitting pattern I've made to date, but I'm very pleased with it and it has helped get my creativity back. More importantly, she absolutely loves it.

She has extremely sensitive skin, so it is made in Hobby Lobby I Love This Cotton. ❤️

All testers have been found! Thank you all foe your interest and kind comments!

The Focolare Throw Blanket is now ready for testing! This blanket is done 7,650 yds (6,991 m) of Yak Silk Lace yarn with strands held triple. Strands will be removed and replaced one at a time to create a marling effect from one color to the next. This pattern uses simple stitches (ch, sc, dc, tc, and sc2tog) and is considered an Adventurous Beginner pattern.

Please note: This color scheme is not yet available, so any color scheme you use is fine. This pattern uses approximately 650 yds of Colors A-K and 500 yds of Color L.

Testers must be able to do the following:

1. Follow a written pattern.
2. Purchase 12 skeins of Yak Silk Lace from Expression Fiber Arts or another #1 weight yarn of equal yardage.
3. Join a private Facebook Group.

Testers will be provided with a 15% off discount code for Yak Silk Lace yarn. Testing will finish October 20th.
