Raw Lump Crab Lettuce Wraps 🥬🦀
Fresh, crunchy, light, and packed with flavor — perfect for lunch, meal prep, or a clean high-protein dinner.
Ingredients
* 1 container lump crab meat (fresh or refrigerated)
* 1/4 cup chopped red onion
* 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
* 1/3 cup pico de gallo
* Romaine leaves or butter lettuce leaves
* Optional: avocado slices, cilantro, squeeze of lime
Homemade Green Sauce
Blend together:
* 1 ripe avocado
* Handful of cilantro
* 1 jalapeño
* Juice of 1 lime
* 1 garlic clove
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 2 tbsp water
* Pinch of sea salt
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Directions
1. Wash and dry your lettuce leaves.
2. In a bowl, mix together:
* lump crab
* chopped onions
* green peppers
* pico de gallo
3. Drizzle a little of the green sauce into the crab mixture and lightly toss.
4. Scoop mixture into lettuce leaves.
5. Top with extra green sauce, avocado slices, cilantro, and fresh lime if desired.
6. Serve cold and fresh.

Keep the crab mixture chilled until ready to eat so the wraps stay crisp and refreshing.
