The L-7 Story
L-7 Apparel has been a long time coming. The Kissack family has been stamping “L-7” on the sides of their livestock for over 20 years, and the symbol has turned into much more than a brand to identify cattle. It has become a badge of honor that represents years of gutting it out through blizzards and droughts, toiling with rogue bulls and unrelenting winds, and having the faith and fortitude to keep moving forward. When you see the L-7 logo, you know it has been earned.
It only made sense to create a hat that proudly displays L-7 to let people know who we ride for. These hats have seen it all, and are only complete when they have some blood or dirt on them. They have quickly become a favorite among family and friends, and Nathan Kissack has led the way to make sure all his friends are hooked up with a hat. This past July, he was diagnosed with cancer and has been battling it out in the hospital the past two months. There has been an outpouring of help and support unlike anything we have ever seen, and it is truly humbling to see so many people offer food, rides, places to stay, cash, prayers, the list goes on and on. With so many people wanting to help, we decided a great way to raise some money would be to sell the hats that Nate is so well-known for. All the proceeds will go to help him pay his medical bills.
If you have followed Nate on social media for very long, there is no doubt that you have lived vicariously through him at one point or another. He is always seeking adventure and finding ways to help his friends and family. This little bump in the road is forcing him to slow down for a few months, so now it’s his turn to live vicariously through us. So buy a hat, support a friend, and get to living a life that is worthy of the L-7 insignia on your new favorite hat!
