Finished working with this lovely live edge slab of walnut. Took us awhile to get the hang of epoxy, but I think we've finally got it mastered. The coffee table has hair pin legs. The other piece will be a bar top. Either piece would also make a great sofa or foyer table. I love to see the story told by the grain in each piece of wood.

This gorgeous pine table is 34 inches high--bar height. The height can be adjusted by removing a pipe section in each leg. It is 62.5 inches long, 2.25 inches thick at the ends, and varies between 15 and 19.5 inches wide. It has black pipe legs. The naturally weathered grain is beautiful! Perfect Father's Day gift!

I've found peace from the craziness of this world by working on live edge wood and other projects. Whenever I work on these beautiful pieces of wood, that old hymn, "Then sings my soul, my Saviour God to Thee, How great Thou art" fills my heart. I love to watch the wood come to life and tell its story as it is sanded and preserved. I am now selling live edge wood tables and benches, plaster hand casts, and cement planters.
