Years of hauling a cooler about the planet has taught me some mad skills when it comes to managing breastmilk. I've spent the last decade of my corporate job living out of airports and hotels... Then 6 years ago, I became a mom! Three awesome kids into this adventure and I've managed to keep up with the crazy corporate travel while exclusively breastfeeding. Mama Bear didn’t get to eat her porridge hot because someone the baby needed to be nursed and then she had to pump afterwards, clean the pump parts, freeze the milk, change a diaper, and put the baby down for a nap that lasted 13 minutes.
