Local Ohio Friends, please share and get the word out to those that were affected by the Tornadoes, this is why I love Lularoe ❤
LuLaRoe Clothes Dayton
More than 20 local LuLaRoe boutique owners will partner with The First Heavy Metal Church of Christ to clothe women of all ages and sizes affected by Dayton’s Memorial Day tornado outbreak. Owners have pledged to share a minimum of 3,000 dresses, skirts, tops, and leggings with residents of the Northridge area during a clothing giveaway scheduled for 4 to 8 p.m. on June 6 at Northridge High School.
Residents of the hardest hit Northridge neighborhoods will be served 4 to 5 p.m., and then all Northridge residents are welcome from 5 to 6 p.m. Identification and proof of residency will be required. Tornado-affected residents of neighboring Trotwood and Riverside are welcome from 6 to 8 p.m. or until clothing runs out. All guests should enter through door two of Northridge High School.
While each LuLaRoe boutique is independently owned and operated, local LuLaRoe retailer and national top seller Nicolette Winner has brought local retailers together to give back to those affected by the tornadoes that hit Dayton on Memorial Day.
“If anything good has come out of this tornado, it’s been watching this community fall in love with itself again,” says Lead Pastor Brian Smith of The First Heavy Metal Church of Christ. “This is Love Northridge at its finest.”
The mission of LuLaRoe is to create freedom, serve others, and strengthen families through fashion. LuLaRoe is proud of the impact Independent Fashion Retailers are making in their communities. Since the inception of the company’s Community Support Incentive, which encourages retailers to support causes in their own communities, LuLaRoe has donated over $7 million to organizations around the country. Online, they have developed a worldwide followership. The Church has been featured on The Today Show, numerous local Dayton news shows, and featured in VICE Magazine.
