Custom made super twirly dress! It comes with black bloomers with lace accent and matching headwrap. I believed the ruffles are of vintage lace and vintage front buttons. It has Peter Pan collar with lace trim, puffed sleeves, elastic waist and buttons down in the back. My daughter wore this when she was 5. Absolutely one of our favorite! Designed in Netherlands.
Very versatile fit. Buttons down the back. Can be worn with peter pan top underneath or just by itself. It fits my girl from 16M up to 2T.
READ: NOTE FLAWS AND SEE ALL PICS. Suspenders looks rustic not shiny not sure if its designed to look that way. Straps are uneven, one is wider than the other and the other one is longer than the other. We wore as is and it's not noticeable if you're not looking. I just noticed some faint spots in the front and the straps (could be from the suspenders rubbing on the fabric).
IF YOU'RE PICKY PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS, SELLING AS IS.
BUT IF YOU'RE NOT, THIS DRESS IS AMAZING!
