My son Ayden is (9). I’d first like to point out he hasn’t just popped up in our room in a few years. Well the night before kids started school back after Christmas break I took his ps4 controller and headset out of his room. No he wasn’t in trouble and I explained to him that it was to ensure he went to bed and got adequate sleep before going back to school. He was very much NOT happy about this fact (and had no problems in letting me know how he felt). Well, I had just fallen asleep and started to have a nightmare that someone broke into our home, I wake up to find a creepy 9 year old staring at my husband and I through the door. After a few moments and me registering it was my spawn and NOT a masked man aiming for all of my prized possessions🤣 I took him back to bed whipped away his tears about not having his video games and tucked him into bed with a kiss (which he reluctantly returned). I wake up the next morning and go to his room to get him up for school. The moment I opened his door I see his entire body shoot up and toss something under his bed. Moral of the story my 9 year old was the masked burglar coming for the prized possessions his ps4 controllers. He wasn’t scared of the dark at all. He was stalking his prey to make sure they were really asleep. Now I know I’m raising a little me 🤣🤣🤣😳😳😳
