Chad has gone above and beyond in expanding his skills and making an impact in the quality lab at AstenJohnson - Clinton site.

✅ He learned all lab processes, including new and returned felt testing, and writing reports reviewed by both the field and customers.
✅ Through testing new felt samples, Chad also gained valuable knowledge about felt construction, a process outside his original weaving experience.
✅ He played a key role in streamlining the new felt sample storage process and conducted time studies to help improve lab testing efficiency.

Chad’s curiosity, adaptability, and dedication to continuous improvement not only proves him to be an invaluable part of the team, but also signify his successful completion of the AJ Lab Internship program. 👏

During her time with us, Honey supported site operations by ensuring critical tools were available for the team, participating in safety walks, and assisting our full-time Operators, Supervisors, and Production Assistants with their daily tasks.
