Another Sneak Peek at our Fall Winter ‘26 Catalog Keepsake 🫡 “I just want to say thank you to everyone for your support around these catalogs I do. This one in particular has taken months to finish. A lot of late night edits, and diving way too deep on old catalogs from the 80s and 90s. I’m not sure how I’ll top it next year, but I’m very happy with where the bar is now set. Railroad Socks 🧦 An American Tradition Since 1901. The Railroad Sock name first appeared in advertisements in 1901, but the history goes back to 1896 when William G. Leininger partnered with his cousin George H. Leininger to start a hosiery mill in Mohnton, PA. After two years, they divided and each started their own knitting mills. William founded and ran multiple mills from 1898 onward including Railroad Socks, which became popular due to the high-quality, durable work sock worn by the local rail workers.
