The past couple of days I've had a strong urge to paint, so I sculpted a polymer clay vase and flower, assembled (with the help of some copper wire), baked, then painted away 💕🎨

Was feelin' pretty good about it, UNTIL 👀 I searched similar sculptures to get pricing ideas and see what others looked like and wow, people are talented!! .. long story short-ish: Comparison is the thief of joy y'all! Don't fall into that trap. Run your own race and you'll be happier for it.

Also, perspective is key. It's been only two months since I first picked up clay, and I'm excited for where this journey takes me. 🚀
