All South Carolinians aged 16 and older are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine and can begin scheduling their appointments.

Appointments are based on vaccine availability.

You won't pay any out of pocket costs for the COVID-19 vaccine and you don't need to provide proof of insurance, a photo ID or paperwork when you arrive for your appointment.

NOTE: Currently, Pfizer is the only vaccine available to those aged 16 and 17. All three vaccines—Pfizer, Moderna and Janssen—are available to those aged 18 and older. Teenagers 16 and older are able to consent to vaccination without parental permission. They do not need to be accompanied to a vaccine appointment by a parent or guardian.
