*PAYMENT*:
-Accepting credit/debit/cash/check/Paypal-
If you are paying by Paypal, we will create and send you your purchased item(s) asap after we receive the confirmation of payment for your purchase. If you are paying by check or cash, we ask that you please send the payment ASAP and when we RECEIVE the payment, we will promptly create and send you your AshleighsAffordables item(s)!
*SHIPPING*:
Items will be sent by USPS as promptly as possible by First Class mail (unless a shipping upgrade has been purchased by the buyer) to the address specified by the buyer at the time of purchase. If the customer needs items in a shorter amount of time than the processing time listed, please feel free to contact the store to discuss possibilities BEFORE placing your order. We take the time to ensure each item is secured and packaged well to prevent any damage during the shipping process, but if for any reason your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately.
*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS*
AshleighsAffordables will not be held responsible for any VAT or import charges. The buyer needs to be aware of any additional charges due to their location and will be held responsible for covering those fees.
*REFUNDS & EXCHANGES*:
If your item was received damaged, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours (preferably as soon as possible) after receiving your item(s) as well as send us a photo of the item(s). AshleighsAffordables will not be held responsible for the customer choosing the wrong size, so please be sure to carefully choose the correct one. We will work with each buyer to ensure customer satisfaction. AshleighsAffordables is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
