Hi friends!

I wanted to give a quick update! After a lot of prayer and thought, I have decided to take a short break from Joseph & Roo. As you know, I am a wife, mom to two sweet little boys, going back to school, and very involved with my church… additionally my two littles are starting soccer in a few weeks!

Unfortunately, my business has had to take a back seat several times since the beginning of the year. I absolutely love doing this and don’t want Joseph & Roo to get a bad name because I have over extended myself and don’t make turn around times or miss an order completely!

Several orders have been shipped out today and I have several deliveries this week as well. If you have already placed an order with me, I will of course complete it but as of today, I am not taking anymore new orders.

I appreciate all of you so much more than you know and the friendships I have made through this small business and appreciate your understanding and patience through this season!!

Hi friends! I've gotten several new followers (YAY!!! WELCOME!! 🩷), so I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself for anyone who may be new.

Hi again! My name is Teri, and I run this small business from my home in Charleston, WV. I am married to one of the most amazing men I've ever known, Kenneth, and together we have two little boys. Joseph is 8, and Mason is 5. No, we do not call Mason "Roo". I created this business before he was born, so it was named after our oldest son, Joseph, and our dog, Riley (who I do call Roo!) I am just biding my time until Mason figures it out 🤣 You will, on occasion, get to meet my family at some of my vendor events! And you’ll almost always get to meet my bestie, Jess! I joke she’s my professional shirt folder 😂 but she’s so much more than that and there is so much I couldn’t do without her! I am currently going back to college to finally fulfill my dream of becoming a teacher, and I am so excited!!

I have been growing this small business for just short of 8 years, and over the past 2ish years have really gotten serious and have been turning into something I really love and that will grow the Kingdom of God! I love crafting and randomly offer new items, so make sure to always keep an eye out for whatever I come up with next!

I do attend several vendor events throughout the year and it's my favorite part of this business because I get to meet so many of you in person! YOU all are the reason I get to do this, while I go to school and raise my boys. And I cannot thank you enough for your support and love!

🩷2026 UPDATES🩷

👕 To order: I post new designs all the time and have TONS of shirts posted in different albums, if there is something you see that you like, comment with your size, preferred method of payment and local pick-up or shipping. If you want a custom shirt, shoot me a message and we'll work on your design together! At this time, I am no longer doing sublimation designs.

🧾 Payment - I accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App. ITEMS MUST BE PAID FOR WHEN THEY ARE ORDERED. I WILL NOT ORDER YOUR ITEMS UNTIL THEY ARE PAID FOR. I have made exceptions in the past; however, I will no longer make exceptions. I will not order the materials to make your shirt until you have paid. I apologize for any inconvenience, and that a few people ruined it for everyone, but this is the only way I can make sure to cover myself as well.

💌 Shipping/Pick-up - I am happy to ship your items to you! Your item must be paid in full before it is shipped. Shipping starts at $6.

📍I do local pick-up at the Ashton Place Kroger in South Charleston.

⏰ Turnaround times - Current turnaround times are about one to two weeks, sometimes slightly longer due to how quickly the suppliers I use can get my supplies to me. If it looks like it will be longer than two weeks, I will certainly communicate that with you! Due to weather conditions in January and February, the turnaround time is normally the latter end of two weeks. Please be mindful of this when placing an order if you need it by a specific date.

⏩ I do go in order of orders received, so if you need something with a quicker turnaround time than one week AT MINIMUM, I will need you to communicate that with me when ordering, and I will do my very best to accommodate you! However, please try your best to give me at least a week to a week and a half to produce your item! Due to a high number of last-minute items, I have started receiving, I will now have to charge a $5 fee to your order for quicker shipping and skipping the line of orders if you request your item be ready within 5 days of ordering. Please remember this is a small, at home business and I will always do my very best to get your items to you as soon as possible!!
