HAPPY TEN YEARS RED ROSE🥳🍰This coming weekend marks my 10 year Anniversary of opening my Airstream Vintage Shop!!!!! This is the biggest + best thing I’ve ever done in my life & I’m SO happy to share it with all of you!!!!!

I have loved old clothes forever. When I moved to Charleston there weren’t enough places selling or saving them. Prior to this I was selling a ton of vintage online & I felt like people reallllllly needed (and kept asking me) to try stuff on. I kept pushing, sending ads online of potential mobile stores to my parents knowing I couldn’t afford or risk opening a storefront with little to no market at the time.

I sent them countless ads of old school busses, Winnebagos.... (I really wanted a double decker bus😝)

When i found this Airstream on Craigslist I sent it to my parents and maybe they were tired of my bu****it because it was the 100th listing they’d seen from me and they were like… ok Amy….just go look at it!!!

They saw my passion. I’d never wanted to do anything more in my life. I remember being like “This is gonna be something someday!!!” They believed in me❤️I re-live my grand opening every time I’m open like it was yesterday. Under the overpass across from Rec Room. Things were so different then....

I’m guess I’m really proud of how I’ve allowed myself to adapt & evolve as the industry has EXPLODED. Still remaining true to myself and my values and my taste and my prices.

I LOVE what I do and I feel good about what I do. I save old things from going in the trash. I bring back styles and trends people have never seen before. I LOVE my customers. I LOVE providing the city of Charleston with a cool, affordable and sustainable shopping option. AND, As a small business in general….. I’m just SO happy to still be here.
