It’s good to reassess the condition of your jewelry every year.
We tend to wear the same pieces over and over, but don’t take the time to see how they’re holding up.

⛓️The color can turn from silver to rose-gold for costume pieces.

⚜️Gold can also fade on costume pieces.

👜Leather on watch bands, bracelets and necklaces can fray on the edges and even crack.

💍Diamond pieces need to be cleaned regularly to keep their sparkle.

DO YOU KNOW YOUR COLORS?

It seems that many of the people that I run into these days have had their personal color palette analyzed.

I always hear,”I already know my colors.”
I definitely think that color analysis is a great baseline for personal style.
…But there’s a gray area too.

♦️Your colors will change if your hair color changes.

Many people went back to their natural color post-Covid.
Going from brunette to silver will definitely change your colors.

♦️What about getting a tan in the Summer?

When your skin tone changes, that also affects your colors.

So, as you can see, nothing’s in stone.
The color lines can blur.
Try to keep an open mind as you go through the seasons of life.

BALANCE - TOPS VS BOTTOMS

when getting dressed, balance is everything!

Rule of thumb is this:

Fitted top = Wear a fuller bottom(pants or skirt).

Loose top = Wear a more fitted bottom.

** Fitted doesn’t mean skin tight!

Professionally, you shouldn’t wear a tight skirt or pant with a tight top.

On the flip side, if you show up at work in an oversized top and pants, it looks sloppy.

To follow these guidelines will complement your shape.

Don’t try to hide with oversizing or overemphasizing it.

Worn correctly, you’ll be a hit!

HERE’S ONE FOR YOU!👨🏻‍💼👨🏽‍💼👨🏼‍💼

When I worked with David, he was getting advice from a business coach to scale his business.

Part of his growth included a better wardrobe.
(His Coach referred him to me.)

David had basic style knowledge, but we definitely up leveled his look!

💰David wanted a better look for meeting with high level clients and contractors.

💕He was looking for style to get back into the dating game.
