At Dor’Mae Boutique, we stand firmly with the Latino community both here in Charlotte, NC, and across the country as well as with all immigrant communities facing unfair treatment.
What’s happening right now is unacceptable. No one deserves to be harassed, profiled, or treated like a criminal simply because of their skin tone, language, or heritage. The disproportionate targeting of Latino individuals is not only wrong, it is a direct violation of basic human dignity.
We believe in equality.
We believe in safety.
We believe in protecting every member of our Black, Brown, and immigrant communities from racial profiling and abuse of power.
