Hey Cozy Girls fam — I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in fulfilling your orders. 💔
There’s been ongoing miscommunication with my vendor, and although they claim the merch was shipped over a month ago… it has still not arrived and cannot be located. 📦😩

I know how frustrating this is, and I’m just as upset — especially because I value every single one of you who supports this brand.

‼️ Here’s what I’m doing:
If I do not receive the package by mid-July, I will be issuing full refunds starting at the end of this week.
