As a small business, every single item we bring in takes time, effort, and intention. From sourcing to researching value, to making sure you’re getting something unique at a fair price. There’s a lot happening behind the scenes that isn’t always visible.
We truly pride ourselves on pricing our items fairly (and often below what you’d find on platforms like eBay or Mercari). Our goal has always been to make great finds accessible without the inflated price tags.
That’s why it can be a bit disheartening when customers try to haggle on prices that have already been thoughtfully set. Large retailers don’t get asked to lower their prices, and as a small business, those conversations impact us in a much more direct and personal way.
We’re always here to provide value, quality, and transparency, and we appreciate every person who supports us with understanding and respect.
