It’s affirmation week with my clients .

What a great experience!

Each client had to write 3 positive things about themselves each round . So before a round of different  exercises, they had to write there own affirmations. It was Such a cool bond I had with them today.

Everyone has to do it but here’s a few I had this morning 💪🏾🔥
