Big news!! 🥁 Refemme is moving to NYC!!🗽 I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support and love over the last two years.

Serving you as your alterations specialist, mender, upcycler but most importantly being your friend has been an absolute pleasure and while it’s bittersweet to say goodbye, please know that this Charlottesville chapter, the community I found through my trade, the wonderful friends I made and all the memories we’ve created together will forever hold a special place in my heart.

Though I may be miles away by June, you can still catch me at our next PopUp inside DarlingxDashing this Friday March 29th from 11-5 pm, April 7th at 3:30 pm during my Prom Season office hours inside the Annex at Bluebird in Crozet or at our very last PopUp inside Darling x Dashing in April.

Your continued support means the world to me, and I look forward to serving you ONE last time!

Swipe to see the 5 tips that and I have for you to get your clothes ready to be dropped off during our Alterations and Repairs PopUp this Friday inside Dashing
🫧Tip 1: Be sure to wash your garments before dropping them off
👟 Tip 2: if you’re thinking about getting some pants hemmed, bring the shoes you plan on wearing more often with them
👗Tip 3: if you’re bringing a gown, bring any undergarments and shoes you plan on wearing on the day of your event
✂️ Tip 4: Bring some inspiration/pictures if you’d like me to redesign one of your pieces
⏰ Tip 5: If you’re running short in time, don’t be afraid to speak up and we’ll speed up the process for you.

👀 We are only 3 days away from our PopUp at !!
Stop by DarlingxDashing on your way to get some coffee or brunch with friends and drop off your mending pile anytime between 11-5 pm.

Below you’ll find a couple examples of what to bring:
🪄dresses/pants/skirts that need to be shortened or taken in
🪄 clothes with holes
🪄open seams
🪄 broken zippers
🪄missing buttons
And more!
99 % of the time there is a way to repair/mend our clothes but if you’re still wondering if that favorite piece of yours is Mending material feel free to DM me!

Nothing screams “Elegance”more than a perfectly fitting dress. Recently, I had the opportunity to rework this .world silk dress to perfection and the fit was exquisite and now much safer to hit the dance floor! 💃🏽

Bring your Bridesmaid dress or any other clothes you’d like me to alter/repair to our my Alterations and Repairs PopUp at on Friday, August 25th from 11-5

Set your reminders! 🗓️I’m so excited to be back in this month for our Alterations and Repairs PopUp on Friday, August 25th from 11-5:30 pm inside Dashing.

How does it work? It’s simple, you stop by to drop off your mending pile and/or get your clothes fitted, I’ll take them with me, rework them and bring them back in the shops one week later ready to be picked up and worn again 🙌🏽
