Good evening Hometown Hype Subscribers, this is Ryan Cary.
I wanted to address a few things that have transpired at HHA over the past few months.
First off, I want to apologize for the delay in shirts, some of that is my fault. My full time job got absolutely crazy in February and I was unable to help Scott with the shirts that month. As March came, work didn't slow down and I was forced to step away from Hometown Hype. For the record, I was never paid or made any profit off of any sale from Hometown Hype, that was by MY choice. I wanted the business and the brand to grow and i never wanted or asked for any profit.
I really enjoyed meeting with the local schools and working with the Ambassadors on designs. I felt we had a good thing going and subscriptions were growing. I was hoping Scott could continue without me. Obviously he is having some issues with getting production out the door but I hope he will continue to work and get the last few months shipped as soon as possible!!
I truly apologize that HHA is at this point and people are not getting responded to or getting product they have paid for. Many of you have reached out by phone, text or talked to me face to face and I feel terrible. I put my name on this and I will stand behind my word and make this right.
As far as the donations to the schools and programs, I will personally get those paid by the end of the month. Beyond the June subscriptions I cannot guarantee the donations will continue.
I would suggest that you keep contacting the Email on the Hometown Hype website or sending messages through Facebook on the HHA page.
Once again I truly apologize and hope this all gets cleared up soon.
