FYI..I am going to stop taking orders for the grocery bags I make as of November 1st. I want to make sure I have plenty of time to complete what needs to be done before leaving for California. California orders I can bring with me on Dec 7th. saving you the postage. Can't believe so many have started Xmas shopping already. These bags are made of heavy deco fabric and have reinforced bottoms and handles. Washable (No smelly plastic again)!! Or get a group tog and we'll do a class making your own.

Any quilters out there that would like to make this Bargello quilt, there will be an info meeting this Friday at 1pm at the Studio. We will discuss color, new technique (no sewing tubes), class dates, etc.. I have seen this made up in Xmas fabrics and pastels..just gorgeous.

Charity sew at the Studio on Saturday. We made busy mats for alzheimer patients. We created 15 during the day. What fun it was to let go of our need for a pattern to follow and just be creative. These mats are use for patients to have something in ther laps to work on, feel textures and or open and close pockets. More pics to come.
