Check out my friend EV in his TAOS ( his personal walking assistant) as he works hard to improve his functional abilities inside his home. We have worked on vacuuming and washing dishes but last Saturday we worked on answering the door. AWESOME time as always. Thanks to Chris Appet and the team at Sky Medical for helping us change the live’s of special needs children and their families.

It was a BEAUTIFUL Fall Saturday afternoon in CT and I got together with my very good friend EV. He loves to walk and when I arrived he was still in his wheelchair and he was pointing at the TAOS, his walking system. We get together on Saturday afternoons and he goes through the Great Strides boot camp and absolutely KILLS IT!! Check him out. This system is a great way for kids to get out of their wheelchairs and experience their surroundings in an upright position and walking!!

I had the most AWESOME time with my girl JA. I delivered her medium sized TAOS after she totally outgrew her small one. She has not been active in any sort of gait trainer or walker. Truly AMAZING!! I will try to find her first pictures when she received her first one in 2018.

My newest buddy who absolutely ROCKS it in his new TAOS. So much fun working with him. My smile lasted the whole appointment. GREAT DAY!! Thank you SZ-A, mom and new baby brother.

Yesterday Great Strides took a ride down to Bridgeport to deliver a TAOS unit to an INCREDIBLE young man who just became a big brother. When I arrived he was waiting patiently across the room with a HUGE smile on his face. With a quick high five to each other we were off to the races. Great time with a fantastic child. He is headed for great things.

Last weekend I had another amazing experience in delivering another TAOS to the cutest little cherub. She was using one of my trial units until her's arrived which allowed her to get use to the benefits of the gait training principles. We had a GREAT time and will be returning for follow up in a week or 2. This is my true passion!! Thank you A.M.
