A new women’s boutique is set to open its doors this week in one of downtown Cheyenne’s most recognizable retail spaces.

Pyne and Poppy, owned by friends Rochelle “Shelley” Toll and Michelle Radford, will officially open Friday in the former Emporium space in downtown Cheyenne, which was owned by Virginia “Ginny” Macey, which occupied the space for more than 50 years before Macey died on Oct. 9, 2024. https://buff.ly/J73JBDe
