Help us wish Riley a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! 💚🖤

Riley is the youngest athlete on our traveling competition team, but don’t let her age fool you! This girl is determined! She has already come so far this season, and we haven’t even hit the performance mat yet!

We are so proud of the athlete she is becoming and cannot wait to watch her shine this season. Happy Birthday, Riley! Your Covert family loves cheering you on!

💚 Fuel your body, fuel your skills!

This month at Covert Elite Athletics, we’re teaching our athletes how to fuel their bodies for practice, new skills and recovery! Here’s an easy dinner for our busy cheer families. 🍲

These Crock-Pot Chicken Taco Bowls make about 6 servings for an estimated $11–$15 total. That’s roughly $2–$2.50 per serving!
For comparison, four McDonald’s Big Mac combo meals average about $37 before tax. Prices vary by location, toppings and meal choices, and restaurant deals can lower the cost.

A little prep, let the Crock-Pot do the work, and dinner is ready after practice! 🙌

📸 Share a photo of your family enjoying this meal and tag Covert Elite Athletics! Your athlete will receive a token! Save this recipe for your next practice night! 💚🖤

Each athlete was given a blank puzzle piece to decorate with their name and the qualities they bring to their team. Then we brought all of those individual pieces together to create one big picture. The lesson was simple, but important: a team doesn’t work when pieces are missing.

Every athlete brings something different. Different strengths. Different personalities. Different roles. And every single one matters.

You don’t have to be the same to fit together. You just have to understand that your piece is important to the bigger picture. 🧩
