It is a process to sit down and pick out shoes. Which sometimes can involve some trial and error.

Even in running we can't let ourselves be disheartened by the fact that we sometimes fail because it always leads to something better.

So when you next try something new on a run or want to find a new pair of running shoes don't get yourself down after the first, or second, or seventeeth mile.
